Great product
Love this. It was recommended to me for use during pregnancy. It really helped with the charlie horses iykyk. Now i use every other night to get a good night sleep and to detox.

Product works very well for leg cramps however, you will get sleepy and it leaves a residue.
This product works very well for quick relief of leg cramps. I use it frequently at night when I have leg cramps. I do have to usually use a bit more than the product calls for, but I spray it in my hand and rub it on the location that is cramping. Works well however it does leave a residue on your hands and if you get it on your sheets, you can see it for a while. I have bought this multiple times due to how well it works. It is best used at night as it has made me very sleepy after using it

Love this stuff!
I swear by this stuff. Sore muscles from working out? Spray this and they ease up. Cramp in the middle of the night? Use this and it goes away. I get a pinched nerve in my neck when I’m super stressed, I use this on it and it takes the sharpness out of the pain. I always have a bottle of this on hand.

I wish I had saw this sooner! I struggle badly with insomnia & the only way I’m able to fall asleep quicker/stay asleep for a good stretch is by spraying my feet! It helps your mind calm down. I’d spray about 30min-1hr before bed
