For a more natural pain relief this product is perfect. It goes on easy, is portable, and non greasy. It helps with sore muscles and is easier than trying to use heat while on the go. It does not have a strong odor like most pain relief products.

I ordered this magnesium oil spray and have been pleasantly surprised with how much I have loved it. I prefer to use this spray on my feet & legs before bed to help with relaxation of my tired sore body & help relax for sleep. This spray has also been a game changer after workouts to help with muscle cramps & ease muscle tension. Only takes a spray or two on each foot or leg to do the job so the bottle will last for some time. Each spray leaves a fine mist on the area chosen to spray. Easy to rub into skin, with the oil absorbing into my skin without leaving that greasy feeling or leaving oil spots on my clothing or bedding. Great to use anytime of the day but personal preference is everything & for myself the preference is before bed or after a workout. I love the way I feel relaxed & tension free after each use. My first time trying this product this magnesium oil spray won me over. I use it mainly after showering and before bed.
