Expensive NSF product
The flavor didn’t really bother me much, tasted like a mix of Tang and Gatorade. It was just too expensive, especially when I found out about another NSF brand that I can use for less than half the price.

Easy to consume
Easy to consume and didn’t make my stomach upset. Mixes well. I wish they made a flavorless option, as the orange flavor prevents me from using with oat milk. However works well with OJ.

It’s great with juice not water alone.
I haven’t really been taking it much because the taste is bad, so I now mix it with juice. Water alone I can not bare the taste.

Gets the job done
It definitely doesn’t taste amazing and it’s a tad gritty even with 8oz water. But it’s not unpalatable.To be expected as it’s not loaded with sucralose or other harmful sweetners. I do wish it was a big cheaper though. On average, it’s like $20 more than other brands that contain negative ingredients.It doesn’t help with DOMS and recovery when you cant eat enough protein from foods.
