Happy with my results.
I was skeptical but after reading up on the benefits of magnesium I was ready to try. I will say I had very positive results. I slept all night. And I am a very light sleeper. I made sure that I covered the bottom of my feet well with the spray.

It doesn’t work. When you first put it on it feels good but within couple of minutes the pain is back. Can’t return as it is considered food grade. I would definitely not recommend it.
