WORKS INCREDIBLY WELL!!!
I never put reviews But this is INCREDIBLY effective! Even tho it’s call an oil, it lightly sprays on like water & dries immediately. No residue observed!For many years, my wife has suffered with restless leg syndrome and has been on. Losartan Potassium 50mg Daily. When I read how this Mag.spray stopped leg, hand & general muscle cramps, I decided to try it! (FOR ME AT FIRST). I’m 74 & quite often my hands would cramp up after working hard with them. The 1st time I sprayed my hand lightly, the cramps stopped in approx. 1 min. (Didn’t believe the skin absorption could work that fast). Woke up 2Xs this past week with my own ankle & foot cramps…sprayed lightly…GONE IN 2 MINS! Wife doesn’t like change much…bucked me to try it on her crazy leg syndrome…2 days later, at bedtime, she gave in…”just spray a little on the very tops of my legs!” NEXT MORNING, after NO PILL, SHE HAD NO CRAMPING!!! It’s been a week & she sprays a little on top of her own legs WITH THE SAME RESULTS!!!Please BELIEVE ME, I get nothing for this review but I care enough about you guys out there that I pray you’ll try it with the same results! I have tried so many products that the commercials or company ads swear it works only to once again feel duped & GUESS WHAT THEY ALL SAY IF YOU CONTACT THEM….”Well, everyone has a different metabolism so it’s not 100%!” What a frickin cop out!

Works Very Well For Sleep Problems, Not Really Oily
I love this magnesium oil spray! I was using another brand of magnesium spray bought on Amazon and decided to try this brand because it was a cheaper, yet still reputable spray. I didn’t have any stinging, probably because I was already used to magnesium spray. With the other spray, I experienced an itchy foot, which went away after a few days of use. This other spray was VERY oily. In fact, the manufacturer said it would leave oil on my sheets. I always wore socks to bed after putting on the other oil. It worked well to resolve my sleep problems. This magnesium spray is considerably less oily. It dries within five minutes and whatever oil it has is quickly absorbed by my skin. I don’t have to wear socks to save my sheets. I would say this brand of magnesium spray works better on giving me a good night’s sleep. I can buy double the amount for just a bit more than half the amount of the other spray. I would buy this brand again.

Wonderful
Allows my feet to relax and bones to stop hurting making for a great nights sleep. It arrived with 1/2 the contents leaked inside the plastic wrap. I was going to return but for the price decided to try it. I sure am glad I did. I’d order again hopefully it will arrive in better condition.

Effective and important
My husband had been experiencing significant burning and pain in his back. After only several days of applying this magnesium spray, he felt relief and was sleeping better. Applying magnesium through the skin is the preferred method for receiving magnesium . People can easily become deficient in magnesium, and this topical spray works very well.

Impressive
I had low expectations for this lol. However, it is remarkable. It helped my sciatica issues immediately. Pain was gone within 2 minutes. I’ve been putting it on the bottom of my feet to help with sleep. Haven’t felt anything yet. However, it did say it may take a few weeks. It has helped my shoulder pain as well. Worth the buy!

Magnesium Oil Spray Sleeping like a Baby!
Someone recommended that I use magnesium oil spray on my feet for sleep. I am one who could never sleep and sometimes took prescription meds and only after staying up for nights trying to sleep. I didn’t like the meds as they cause grogginess and the stronger meds caused hallucinations! This stuff works! I’m shocked after years of sleepless nights! Just Spray magnesium oil on the bottom of your feet before bed, and truly “lights out”. And I don’t wake up in the middle of the night (or morning). And… No grogginess. I wake up refreshed. Note: there is a wet feel not oily feel when you spray the bottom of your feet, and I noticed a dryness after waking on my feet and my hands (I use my hands to rub the spray on my feet as it is a watery spray). But it works!! Get this! It truly works and thus is from someone who has experienced insomnia for years! (Not sleeping for 3-7 nights/days straight ergo the meds) but, not anymore. Sleeping like a baby! Get it!

It works for the pain but your feet will pill and look horrible. I started using it only on my toes and everything cleared up. My toes don’t get as bad.

I ordered this to help with sore feet from wearing boots for work. As well as help with sleep – it definitely helps when standing constantly for 10 hour shifts. I recommend – wasy to apply & the magnesium oil provides a natural peel also.

I bought this on recommendation from a friend who suffers daily from sciatica. It certainly eases the pain and inflammation. I rub it into the affected part just before going to bed. It brings instant relief and a great nights sleep. Have recommended it to others who use it for back ache and arthritis.Great product – will definitely buy it again. The bottle last for months and months.One word jof caution – if you rub it into the soles of your feet be very careful when you get out of bed – your feet become very slippery –

Didn’t use after couple of attempts… makes a mess of my clothes and bedding if used at night. So, I can’t tell if it has any benefits at all.
