If you are stressed and tense like me and have difficulty sleeping! This spray is great! Spray on your feet and I also do my pillow! It helps relax you and calm down due to the magnesium glycinate compound.

Helps with sleep issues
I’ve been using this magnesium spray on my feet before bed, and it really helped with my insomnia….I’ve been sleeping so much better! It comes in a nice glass bottle, though my sprayer was a little faulty (probably just mine). The only downside is the price for the amount. Overall, a really great product that actually works!

I wish I had saw this sooner! I struggle badly with insomnia & the only way I’m able to fall asleep quicker/stay asleep for a good stretch is by spraying my feet! It helps your mind calm down. I’d spray about 30min-1hr before bed

Product is truly useful to me
Love this product, I put it on my feet and arms after I shower. The older I get skin on arms seem to tear easier and easier, this seem to me to help healing skin, numbness in feet eased after each use.
