Gamechanger for Women over 35
Been taking these now for a six months at the recommendation of my doctor after routine bloodwork showed I had low vitamin D. I’m told you need to have the K2 to help absorb, so this brand has always been a go-to for me after researching different brands. I have more energy and my Vitamin D levels are back to normal. I’d check with your doctor on how much to take, but take one tablet in the morning with food and and it’s worked well in getting my energy levels back up since being a busy working mother of 2 in my forties. They are expensive, but they’ve worked well for me and trust the quality.

Honestly I only tried this for my husband who has health issues. I’m not sure it did anything. However I will tell you that the PURE Company is the only supplement company I use! A little more expensive but they have the most beneficially sources products! My vitamins for women over 50, milk thistle for clean liver and their hair, skin & nails supplement are truly the best quality with true results! No stomach issues and Best quality.
