A true health supporter!
This is the only zinc I can take that doesn’t make me nauseous. I do still make sure to take it with food. When I feel a cold or illness coming on, I take this, and it helps me feel better. I often still get sick, but I can always tell the difference. I panicked because I ran out of it, but my parents use it as well, so I borrowed some from them while I waited for this one. Glad to be restocked!

30mg instead of 50mg
Do your own research. 50mg may be too much for some folks. This has 30mg. Minerals are different than food based and water soluble vitamins. Don’t say you weren’t warned.
