This stuff works wonders at making tummy‘s happy! I have taken probiotics for many years, these are the best! Sure or not sure, That is the question
I want give 5 stars but not sure this product is working for me. I have used this product before. Only thing I assumed that good bactiria is is going inside. I could eat sour kraut or Kimchi. Both have good bacteria. I will continue with this product for another month or so. It is just like any supliment products (Vitamins) we take, have no way to know if it is working unless you do extensive blood test.

This product may have been tampered with. The plastic seal on the cap does not extend to the rest of the container so the cap could be opened without breaking the seal. The seal under the cap was not fully secure, and the cap is also orange rather than blue.
