Small dose of vitamin D
Unlike many folks who are looking to increase their vitamin D, I have to limit my intake so the megadoses that are so popular don’t fit my needs. I was happy to find the Solgar in the 400 mg. I also purchase lower dose vitamin A from Solgar and I trust in the integrity of their products.

I have been using this product for over a year now. I feel the price point is on target and the ease of using this product it superb. It is easy to swallow, very little pills. They are smooth and I have had no irritiation regarding my stomach. I really have nothing bad to say about this product brand.

The best of the best D3
I’ve used Solgar brand since 1995 when I was pregnant with my first child and struggled with prenatal vitamins making me nauseated. I switched to their multivitamin under the supervision of my OB and it changed everything. No matter what supplement I’ve needed in life I have always found Solgar to be superior in bioavailability to any other brand. I struggle with my D3 levels and have been prescribed a wide range of supplements that don’t help my levels increase, make me nauseous, and cost too much. This dosage in soft gel helps me maintain my d3 levels, eliminate the deficiency, it’s affordable, and doesn’t make me nauseous. I cannot say that for the same brand in capsule form or other dosages, as they do make me sick and don’t seem to change my D3 labs. If you’re having similar trouble with D3 supplements try this one.

These vitamin D3 are the dosage my doctor prescribed. Solgar vitamins have had a good reputation for quality so I feel I made a good decision to purchase them.

I ordered in May 2023 a bottle of 250 tablets, what I received expires in September 2023.. What is the point in that?? Clearly just old stock at full price…
