Good item as advertised by copper fit and side flexible metal strips are easily removed if this is found to be uncomfortable.

I bought one and tried on my worse knee. It help a lot. I bought another and now both knees are feeling much better; almost pain free. Easy to put on and take off

Size was wrong
I did what they instructed, measured my knee at the knee cap. They said order a size smaller. They were too tight . So I can’t use it now.

Good stabilizer with the bracing or without. When you take the stabilizers out they are very difficult to put back in
