    Tiny, but mighty
If you want to get deep into the spots that are bothering you, this little ball is perfect. I purchased it to get a relief for my feet after standing all day, but not I use it to roll tricky spots on my back and arms (all you have to do just get close to the wall, slip it in between and carefully roll it out). The ball itself is firm, but the spikes are soft.I will admit, it Hurt A Lot at first and still does when my muscles are tense, but the relief it gives is almost magical. One of the best things about it’s so tiny, you can fit it even in your purse. So I got into a habit of taking it with me when I travel.

Nice size to get higher pressure on foot pain
This ball is on the smaller side of some of the options and it is a nice option to use when you’re looking for a variety to manage foot pain. I use several different balls and having this in the tool kit is great as the high number of nubs provide a unique feeling that works great on the center of my foot. Product is high quality and should last for years. If you’re looking for a little more pressure definitely add this to your kit.

    Small but effective
Small size but good for getting into tight areas. Slightly softer than a lacrosse ball

    Keeper!!
Love material and style! I’m 5’7.5”, 150 lbs, 36B … I purchased a large … bottoms fit very comfortably, but top is a little snug. I suggest to size up one!

    Miracle Ball
After months of physical therapy and dry needling, I found relief with the trigger point massage ball. I call it my miracle ball. It rolls easily through the heel. Definitely, a game changer for my painful right foot.

This is kinder than it looks!
Bought this for my plantar fasciitis. It is the perfect size to place on my hardwood floor to roll my arch and foot. My foot does not hang over if I flex, which I would regardless for better access to my arch. It’s helped! It is hard and solid but the rubber on the outside is smooth and soft. It may not look it but the bumps are not as aggressive as my other smoother/kinder-looking ball. It looks rough but the flat ends help with weight distribution. It’s good as a first go-to for a beginner and gets into the knots and lumps more gently. If that’s what you need, this is the tool for you!

    Too soft
Anything helps, but the soft coating makes it difficult to dig deeper. It works against your efforts and if it had hard spikes it can get between bones and such and dig farther. I used to have a massager that was like a bed of nails and it would make a bigger impact than coffee. Sometimes between bad shoes, flat feet, and long hours I used to have knots randomly around the foot. I couldn’t wake up due to exhausted feet. I would sit and move them around on the massager until I flinched. That’s when I found the trouble spot. I would grit my teeth and push harder into the soreness and it would go from agony to ecstasy. My whole body seemed to feel better.Anyway I am not expecting it to do that because I buy better shoes now, but there’s still some deep tension that needs to get broken up. It has made a big difference already. My feet were in pain during use, but it barely bothers me now.Update. Actually I found a hard spikey one and it doesn’t work as good. So I guess these is the most effective ball that I have used and you can really put your weight into it as it’s solid.

    Fantastic massage ball!
Reviewers were right….don’t buy the cheaper massage balls. This one is AMAZING!! It is firm but has a little give so that it is not painful. The size is perfect to take on the go. Purchased this ball to gently massage the arches in my feet due to plantar fascitis. Would purchase again and recommend!

La uso para darme masaje en el hombro, cuello, espalda, o simplemente para estar apretándola con la mano, es dura sin llegar a lastimar. Y las puntas que tiene dan una sensación de acupresión muy buena.

    good

  11. SkyHook

The size is perfect, not too big, not too small. The softness is also perfect, not too hard and not too soft. And it helps alot.

  12. Isadora Barragan

Ela é relativamente bem rígida e a distribuição dos pininhos ajuda muito num alívio regular da dor muscular

I purchased this massage balls a couple of months ago. I use it mainly on massaging my hands. It helps to relieve the tightness on my fingers and palm. I found that this massage ball size is just right for massaging hands. It is soft enough on the hands but yet it is hard enough for massaging the hands.
