good service by seller
Nice vibration, but it stopped working after just a few uses. I plugged back in and still did not work. Unfortunately I missed the return window by a day. when I dropped it in the trash it lit up, and I found I could get it to work by hitting on the table each time. The seller contacted me and are sending another one, even though I was out of the return window. The ball has strong vibration that reaches deep into the muscles. It is an excellent product offered by a responsible seller.

great product, good service
This is an excellent massage ball for lots of areas! The seller was excellent, shipped earlier than I expected. I then had a question as to how it connected to the charger. The people who sold it, helped me figure that out (it is somewhat counterintuitive!) I could see where it was supposed to go in but there was no opening. But it somehow went in when I pressed the area and it is easy to charge! I am very happy with the overall size and quality of the ball–it is bigger and more effective than another one I have.

It works as it should and appears to be quality. However, l bought it for my hand. I had wrist surgery after a slip and fall. Its a bit too large. Going to try to work with it because its what l need. My Physical therapy office has one ( just smaller) EDIT 2 weeks in it stopped charging. Going to return and try another

Defective after a few uses 🙁
It stopped working after just a few uses. It still turns on, but the vibration is barely noticeable and it doesn’t increase when I change levels. Wondering if I got a bad product or if this is just how they all are :/ Bummed because I loved this thing for the few times it worked!

Vibration tricks the muscles to let go
My massage therapist recommend i get one to assist with lymph drainage and I am doing her protocol for that but what im really enjoying is how the vibration tricks my nervous system, muscles, and mind to let go of tension ive chronically held onto. The textured surface is super grippy…it leaves dents in my skin so im going to try putting a towel between me and it to see if that helps. I love the speeds…srill playing with what works best for my body but i like the options. Easy to charge…super portable and perfect for on the go pain relief. Great value.

I have used this ball for about a week and a half….I do like it but the battery does not last like advertised! I have to charge it after 15 to 20 minutes…..

I have had this really bad pain in my lower back and halfway down my right leg that just wouldn’t go away over the last month and a half. I’ve had 2 acupuncture sessions, massage, switched to low impact exercise and nothing was making a dent until this thing arrived! Within 10 minutes of using my right leg already feels better. I would absolutely buy again – it’s very good quality with a heavy (but not too heavy) weight to it and feels very firm.I’ve uploaded a video of me plugging it in to charge it because like another reviewer I wasn’t sure if it had a hole for the charging cable and it definitely does it just looks like it doesn’t because the hole for the charger is designed to sort of close up when not in use (don’t know if I explained that correctly 😅) but I really like that feature because it looks nicer and keeps any dust from getting in there.

This is a powerful isolating vibration ball. It has three speeds and I found it great for Plantar fasciitis. It really vibrates deep. I have used it on the small off my back and works a treat.When you first get it you will probably be scratching your head where to insert the power/usb cord. The power in is on top above the silver ring. YOU DON’T LIFT THE RUBBER.. YOU PUSH THROUGH THE RUBBER. You won’t see any hole. just says DC.. That’s where you push through the power pin end. Don’t lift, push it in.Great thing for those aches and pains.Enjoy!

I couldn’t live without this tension breaker. I use it on my back while leaning against a wall. I use it on my feet. I highly recommend this product for anyone who suffers with muscular stiffens aches and pains. It’s neat, easy to store and easy to handle. Most of all it’s effective.

If you have lower back pain these massage balls are great for loosening up stiff muscles, especially the glutes are often the cause of back pain. Just lay down on it and roll it around until you hit a sore spot and let it do its thing. I’ve used spikey balls but the vibrating ball has been more effective.
