for the function, as my headline says remarkably usable. it does affect abdominals. research your routine though, don’t just use it on one fixed set. i found shorter reps go for different ends of abdominals than longer ones, and extra long reps strain the back more than can be useful. obliques (turning to the sides) seems easy too.

I don’t have any ABS yet from them, but that’s probably because I don’t even use them. The quality was pretty good, and my dogs like chewing them. Dogs gave the five stars, cuz they recommend them as chew toys.
