Good quality
Very effective, I’ve used an ab wheel about 17 years. Mostly the narrower wheel version at 45 now, it’s time for winder wheel. Not as stressful on the joints but effective enough for a good core workout .

I did one set and holy crap I felt it the next day. Im 6’3 227 and this roller was sturdy enough for me. Great price for what I needed
