This is for morning stretching. Was disappointed with the way the back of the headrest is finished. When I put it together, used gorilla tape on the headrest. Looks tacky.

Product cannot be assembled as received. Contacted their customer service and they are trying to tell me that they are the correct parts. I even sent pictures. Poor product and poor customer service.
