A staple brand in our house!
These packets make it easier for me to drink water throughout the day. The flavor is good, but it is pretty “salty” tasting if you aren’t used to electrolytes! This is my favorite supplement brand as well!

Keep Yourself Hydrated
When water just isn’t enough, try these Daily Electrolytes that are sugar-free, and use pink salt. This is great for post exercise, if you’re feeling dehydrated, or when feeling unwell. The watermelon flavor is very nice as it is not too strong or too sweet. The individual packets are convenient as no measuring is required or the packets can easily be taken with you. Overall, the quality ingredients are a good value for your money.

Good but not super hydrating
Bought these to compare to LMNT and they have way less flavor but maybe that’s a good thing?! They kept me hydrated but I ultimately went back to LMNT bec I preferred the taste and LMNT doesn’t clump as much. Thorne also had a sparkling vibe?

Easy hydration but…
Good when you’re out & about. Nice variety of flavors. Sweetener has a bit of an odd aftertaste, my only real issue. 50/50 if I’d repurchase.

I used these Thorne hydration/electrolyte packets regularly when I was pregnant & continue to use them when breastfeeding and I need a quick hydration boost. They mix easily in water, don’t leave clumps, and the flavors are amazing, especially the blood orange.What I like most:Hydration & electrolyte balance: I notice less fatigue which tells me it’s doing its job.Clean formulation: Zero sugar and minimal ingredients make this feel like a healthier choice compared to energy drinks.Convenient single-serve packetsA bit pricey compared to Ultima hydration packets but i feel the benefits of Thorne more.Overall: Great hydration support with a clean, refreshing formula — perfect for workouts, travel, pregnancy, postpartum or everyday hydration. Would recommend if you want something more than plain water but less sugar than typical sports drinks. You can also add sparkling water to them if you want a bubbly but not a soda (:

Updating review following impeccable customer service.I was not a fan of the electrolytes (personally these have a very powdery/sugary & salty taste), but once writing to Thorne’s distributor, they resolve the issue based on my feedback. I have ordered other products from Thorne, and so far am quite happy. The customer support and instant feedback made a huge difference, and reinstated my confidence in the brand.
