This smart ring truly exceeded my expectations. It feels wonderful to wear, understated yet stylish. The sleep monitoring function is incredibly accurate, clearly displaying deep sleep, light sleep, and sleep duration, and the blood oxygen saturation data is also very intuitive. What I like most is that it requires no subscription and can be used long-term.

Ring looks good, APP not so much
Not super impressed with the app that runs the ring. I expected it to update once you enter into the app but if you want to know what you are currently at, you have to run each report individually. I understand you can set the frequency of how often but I feel that if you are opening the app, it should run then to give the most up to date. I really wanted it for the sleep feature and so far have only gotten one night with it so we shall see how accurate it is over a few days.

My old smart ring was lost during a hiking a month ago. I’ve been searching for a replacement since then. My top requirement is reliability. Also I’d like to try some new colors like this golden one. It turned out to be fairly good. It will last almost one week with one single charge. I usually do two to three exercises like running a 5-10k during that period. The step count and other measurements are fairly comparable with my smart watch. And I had no problem wearing it for shower and swimming. Very satisfied with the purchase.
