Miracles this magnesium oil spray has done for immense amounts of day and night leg pains! This is it!!! Nothing else has worked at all. Within ten minutes my pain disappears. I don’t like to rub it as I don’t prefer the feeling is icky not exactly sticky but leaves like a chalk feeling. It’s Not oily. It dries quickly! I spray bottoms of my feet too. It helps with getting deep sleep. In addition to using this for leg pain there is a bonus: restless leg syndrome 🛑!! Never again RLS is gone with regular use. After using this consistently weeks later my legs stopped hurting during the day and night time. Baby sleeper now. Passing on a bottle to my son whom has in his sleep since tiny tot. As a I said I will never live without magnesium oil spray has changed my life for good!

GREATTYPE OF MAGNESIUM , WITH A LITTLE PROBLEM…
IT’S A GREAT TYPE OF MAGNESIUM. BUT THERE IS ONE SMALL PROBLEM, THE APPLICATION OF IT IS OK, BUT IT LEAVES A TINY STICKY RESIDUE, AND FEELS ALMOST LIKE HAVING A DIRTY SKIN FEELING LIKE A SANDY SURFACE.I USED GEL TYPE BEFORE(OTHER BRAND) AND THE SKIN ABSORBED IT ENTIRELY, BUT THE LIQUID DOESN’T. SO I DID NOT LIKE THE FEELING OF IT, AND MAYBE SKEPTICAL IF it’s really absorbed

A little messy to apply, but feels great!
When the oil dries down it has something of a chalky feeling; it is not drying, but it feels like a chalky film on my skin. It only bothers me when it is on my hands. I could rinse it off sure, but I’m applying it right when I’m in bed, so if it REALLY bothers me I rub on a little hand cream, but for the most part I can ignore it and fall asleep just fine.I like that it’s unscented and easy to spray. For harder to reach areas, I just spray extra into my palm and apply it that way instead. The spray does make it a little messy, but it still gets where it needs to go. I don’t think it stains regular fabrics like polyester or cotton, but I’d be careful spraying around leather or suede.I don’t always experience much tingling, but sometimes it happens, but I don’t mind, it doesn’t stop me from getting to sleep.

I suffer periodically from sciatica. I was recommended to try this by someone who uses it nightly.There is no smell and it looks just like w3ater but dont be fooled it is very effective. Squirt 3 or 4 times into your palm and rub into the affected area before going to bed. It eases the whole area and used regularly will certainly reduce if not remove the inflamation.My friend uses it one the base of her back and tells me it works wonders.
