I have been looking for a high-quality Zinc supplement without all the unnecessary additives and fillers, and Pure Encapsulations is definitely the best choice. The 30mg dosage is perfect—enough to be effective for immune support without being too harsh.I specifically chose the Zinc Picolinate form because it absorbs better than other types. I take one daily with food, and unlike other zinc brands I’ve tried, this gives me zero nausea. The bottle of 180 capsules is a fantastic value since it lasts for six months.
