Buy this, but somewhere else. When Amazon applies the wrong bar code sticker to vitamins, they WILL keep your money and leave you with the wrong vitamins.

Good to try out before getting higher dosages
You need more if youre active and bodybuilding. To get a decent amount of these amino acids, i would need to take about 2-4 times the serving size so this would only last me about a month. That’s the caveat about getting blends, it’s convenient though. Im trying this to see how i feel before getting these supplements in separate bulks. Just should have a better pricing or an even bigger option that has better discounts.
