Clean ingredients & it works
I chose this D3 because I’m vegan and I value the clean simple ingredients. I was worried after seeing some reviews about the seal being broken or the appearance of mold but mine showed up fully intact and fresh. Delivery was quick also. Some are concerned about the high dosage, but after extensive research on D3 for a few weeks, I’ve learned that most of the population suffers from D3 deficiency and specifically malabsorption of the nutrient for a list of reasons. Plus, as long as you take this with enough K2 mk7, the calcium is routed away from the arteries and into the proper organs. Because of this, I also subscribe to regular shipments of a high quality Natto which happens to the the best source of K2 mk7. After taking this supplement and eating Natto daily for 4 days, I’m on top of the world. My mood is joyful, I’m full of energy, I can think more clearly and I’m sleeping better at night with the extra help of Magtech Magnesium Complex. Take charge if your health and do your research. Don’t just rely on one source of info – cross reference your study and research and be thorough.

I had an extremely low vitamin D level when my doctor checked my bloodwork a couple of years ago. I researched, ordered, and started taking this supplement. Improving your vitamin D levels take time, but in 6 months time (taking this daily), my D levels came up to normal range, and are continuing there as I continue this supplement. I highly recommend it! It worked/works great for me!!

Remedy for Vitamin D Deficiency
For me, this is not meant for daily or weekly use for that matter. However, I got the 25(OH)D blood test, because my bones hurt & my skin was terribly dry… result was 17 ng/mL. I took this once every 3 days for 2-3 weeks. On the the 3rd week I started to feel better & my skin wasn’t dry & I knew it was time to stop taking it when I developed blemishes/pimples on my face 🤣. Had the 25(OH)D blood test again & the result was 32 ng/mL.

I have sensitivities to binders in many OTC products. Pure, so far, I have had zero issues. My Doctor also approves after reviewing the product label.
