    Just right
Update #2: Just received my second ball and here’s what I’ve noticed: it came direct from China and seemed a little inferior in quality. Not sure how it will hold up. I will complain to Amazon because I chose the “order again” option but after receiving it I realize that it was fulfilled by a third party vendor rather than Amazon who fulfilled the first order. Therefore make sure you look at who’s fulfilling the order. My second ball did not say Pro-Tec either. It just came in a plain plastic bag.Update: 3 months of pretty regular and intense use for foot massage and this ball hasn’t deformed, popped open or lost its shape. I stand on it regularly with full body weight and it’s holding up just fine.I’ve ordered another because it’s excellent for foot acupressure.Earlier review: I used this for the first time just now after receiving it and my impression is that it’s perfect for a great foot massage. It’s flexible but gives just enough to make the massage deep but not painful. If you like a good, deep massage this ball is just right. The knobs are firm but not painful. Time will tell how this will hold up and if the seam opens. If that happens I’ll post an update. For now my feet are deeply grateful and relaxed 👍🏻😉

    Good for the feet
I trading clients and I’m using this to restore function in their feet. Not expensive and functions like it’s supposed to. They also feel pretty durable. However, they are hard (which is what I was looking for) and some people may be looking for something softer.

Fine but a bigger diameter ball better
A very firm spiky ball that works on my rear end to help with Bach pain. Great value. By choice I would buy a bigger diameter ball.

    Work great!
I have to wear boots issued by my employer that have to meet their requirements. Their cheap and I have to break in a new pair very 6-10 months so my feet can hurt alot at times. This ball is a lot cheaper than a misuse and it works very well

Great item for generic foot pain
I have had some problem with my feet – something that was eventually only resolved by purchasing custom-made orthodics. But before I got orthodics, this ball was my salvation. After a day’s worth of walking, there was nothing that helped more – for the foot, back, neck, leg ache – than to roll my feet on it. What is nice is that is just the right size so that you can curl your feet around it (see attached photo, to show the scale of the ball relative to my foot); this helps a lot more than any flat surface because the act of bending the foot brings it back into shape. This unit is not completely rigid, it is hollow, so it may bend under pressure. But in my experience, this does not detract it from its function. Finally, it can be used with or without socks. After my first purchase of this ball, I subsequently made additional purchases: for my mother, for my brother, and one to keep in my suitcase for travel. Indeed, I have also found it helpful to address the cramped feeling of a tiny airplane seat…Additional recommendation: if you have foot pain, and you don’t know why, I would also recommend Crocs Relief clogs. The foot bed provides a lot of support and some nice massaging pins; these are the shoes I wear at home (I don’t think I’d be comfortable wearing them outside!).

    Many uses
Great for lower back pain in a chair or car… or to roll foot on for foot problems.

    Good but not Great
Some of the spikes coming off were a little sharp and caused some pain to the back. In addition the ball was a little soft and would not dig as deeply as I would have liked but overall, it was a pretty good massage ball and definitely worth the money. I would recommend to someone looking for a massage ball that is not necessarily top of the line but will get the job done. I have had back pains for a few years now so I have gone through many different massage balls and this was one of the better ones but not one of the best.

    Gets the feet loose
This ball breaks up the fascia. I use it on my feet. If loosens all the tight spots right up.

It totally hard ball, like stone, look like cheap market thing for 20-30 ruppes , and they took 324rs for that, dont have return policy too. Got looted . Be aware dont buy this cheap and fraud product.

I bought this because it was advertised as high density, which usually means it’s solid inside — no air, no give — just firm pressure for proper muscle release. But this thing? Total letdown. When you press or bounce it, it absorbs the impact instead of staying firm. That’s the opposite of high density! It feels like there’s air or foam inside, not a solid core.Basically, it’s falsely marketed. I wanted something rock hard for deep tissue, but this is soft and spongy. Completely useless for what it claims to do. If you’re looking for real pressure or density, look elsewhere — this one’s a waste of money.

I love this spiked massage ball! I have plantar faciitis that flares up if I do too much running, and this ball is perfect for massaging my arch when I get a flare up. The spikes are particularly helpful because they stimulate the deep tissue and relax the tense muscles in my arches and the bottom of my heels If I use this ball to relieve the pain of a flare up, it always lasts a shorter amount of time than if I didn’t massage it. I use this all the time and it’s the best thing I’ve ever bought to help my plantar faciitis (and I’ve tried a lot of different things).
