Oh my word!
Didn’t know I needed this as badly as I did until it arrived today and I used it immediately on my back & R IT Band.I had surgery on my IT Band 2 times ~ the doctor never suggested this roller. Huh??? I’m supposing he didn’t know about it. 🤦♀️ SMHTWO SURGERIES! I believe it is a strong possibility I did NOT have to go under the knife.Nevertheless I have this now & can work this out in time at my convenience in my own home.I must note, there is some pain that goes along with using this, but I strongly believe this roller will work it out correctly and completely.Is lightweight, and very durable. It’s VERY hard; but you need it to be that hard in order to work out the kinks. Stick with it.100% worth your money & health.

Great Product
This is perfect no matter then age. I’m over 60 and have experienced tight iliotibial band syndrome which interfers with my jogging. Purchased this and helped the issue greatly.

I love love love this. Great back roller. I had a softer roller but it went squishy after two months. I tried one of the expensive narrow firm plastic rollers with a neoprene cover, and it was great when it worked but it was too difficult to use.This is perfect. It felt too hard at first, but it softens a bit with use, and now it’s just perfect.

The BEST foam roller out there for the price. Many seem to have an appealing price and then turn out to be super short. Not this one! Perfect for thighs, calves, back, even bottoms of feet. I just bought another one for a family member but I’ve had mine for months and it’s held up well. Has not collapsed or had any of the foam beads spill out of it like ones I’ve had in the past. It’s solid and firm. My only critique is that the surface is smooth rather than textured, but the smoothness is preferred for every day use because textures can cause soreness if too hard. This foam roller goes a long way for the value.

Too hard/stiff
I ordered this on the recommendation of my Occupational Therapist after hand surgery to use as a spine stabilizer. It did not work for me, due to being too hard and stiff for my comfort!! I however, took it to my therapist and ended up giving it to her, since she liked the stiffness of it!!

寝るときに、仰向けで寝れなくなった時に使ってます。膝を少し曲げて、膝の下に商品をはさんで寝ると、不思議と仰向けで寝れるようになりました。サイズがちょうどいい長さなのもいいですね。

60 cms red & white version.Good product as described, well package & clean when unpacked.Currently using 2 of these; one under neck & shoulders, & another under hips & lower back, then rocking to & fro as on a balance board to reduce muscle tension from standing for long periods, or after sitting for long periods at a desk or the computer.Great relief, especially before bed if one has got a muscle tension pain in the back or neck, or after bed if you have slept awkwardly.Smoothes out tangled muscle fibres in the back simply by rolling with own body weight, & reduces risk of tension setting in or causing longer term agitation.Set at a slight angle they can really get under the shoulder blades & ease tension in the subscapularis muscle for those whose jobs may include keeping arms in the same position for long periods e.g. drivers, console operators. Or even for sports persons as a cool-down after exercise or performances.Well worth a few quid, & preventative measure against a visit to the physiotherapistGot these on an Amazon deal for just £9.35 each in Spring 2025
