    Works great
I work in a physically demanding job with a bad knee. With no support my leg can’t handle the strain. The hinge has two pivot point which allows for more natural movement compared to one pivot point. It’s easy to put on and the velcro holds well. Easy to clean. Only tried the sleeve on once and it feels like any compression attire. Sturdy material.Gives plenty support and pushing hundreds of pounds is less painful. Me personally it’s worth every penny.

I felt top choice. tho my knee later swelled up & it became too small.
Update: Long after this stopped fitting, it learned why. 🤣 my injured leg gained an inch diameter in general inflammation. A heads up to consider re-measuring your leg if what was once blissful later leaves you scratching your head. Maybe it also would have helped docs recognize there was a legit problem far sooner, since they never manipulated it in to replicate the pain in office.** take note of all specific motions that cause the pain in case the main issues don’t suffice. It might be laughable to others that I never imagined a whole knee swelling (at least without being turning red or something very obvious). I loved how compact it was, quick to put onfor a bad knee, highly flexible pants apply far less pressure on your joint than jeans.I wore the other more universal (resizable) one so much its on it’s last days.——–Its not the coziest but fits pretty well and helps me limit twisting/ tracks pretty well.relatively resistant to sweat for this sort of item.I am not super active, but it is super hot out.after experimenting with wearing over jeans and a few changes to shorts pj pants I did manage two slight and small bruises that i cant see after the second full day and second full night. I’m not so sure that would have happened yet if I hadnt been messing with it.it fit well over the jeans but bunched fabric behind my knee …enough to put fresh pressure on tendons on rear-sides.It looks like it’s made to fit a more muscular leg but does pretty well on my minor musculature. I’m surprised I’m a large. so do measure carefully. I’m on the low middle and the hinge pads are firmly against the sides of my knee. This brand and another have the same parent company.I got one other universal type as a backup but I find it rather hard to set up by oneself to place the hinges, etc. So I haven’t worn the other past 2 mins.before I had mild mixed results from a compression sleeve with side stays with kneecap hole. kneecap thing did not help a bit, rather seemed to cause irritation, to push it around or leg moved it and it was trying to stay in place by my knee cap. Unless necessary for your problem, I definitely like the open knee.

    The best so far!!!
OMG. The second I put it on I started to feel better. I might just go jogging again in these. I just ordered one for the right leg. Both of my knees are bad and there is very little support in this area that is any good. If anyone is looking for any good support, this is it!!

    Digs into the shin
I love the comfort of the soft compression brace, but it irritates the skin when using it for long periods of time in hot weather. I purchased this brace hoping to have a bilateral that was cooler for summertime. Couldn’t wear it for very long. The hard plastic digs into the shin and causes horrible pain.

    The stability is great !
I tour my meniscus and severed my ACL last summer – I opted for now not to have the ACL repaired as I’m pushing 50 and still pretty active.I wanted to get back to playing beer league hockey a few times a week. I’ve been using this brace while playing for about 2 months & it works great. Very sturdy & well made, doesn’t feel cheap. The stability is awesome it locks your knee in. It took me a few times using it to figure out the what feels best with the straps etc, but now I don’t even think about it when playing. Which is key for me…I’m 5’10 210lbs with thicker legs – I followed the measurement chart & it told me to get the XL. I had to return it as it felt bit to loose.I exchanged it for a large and after a few adjustments it’s a perfect fit. It’s well worth it to give it a try in my opinion

So I have a very bad knee that does not stick together
So I have a very bad knee that does not stick together. Anytime I do any motion that goes side to side my knee totally gives out and down I go. So I decided to try the Bio-Logix knee brace by Shock Doctor. I was very excited to get it because I had read this would work for individual who have the lateral knee issues just like mine. When I opened the box the brace looks like a transformers piece of hardware…. which I like.. hahaha It looks cool, but it feels a bit bulky for me. I’m only 5′ 5″ so it felt bulky on my shorter leg. I bet if you have long slender legs (which is what I think this thing is modeled for) this would fit perfect. My legs aren’t big or anything but when I put this on, I had to strap it as tight as I could, and when I would walk around it would slip down. I couldn’t stop this from happening. I chose the correct size according to my knee but the way it is shaped, it seems to be designed for a mans leg…. or someone who is more boney structured then myself. Not sure. Anyway, I can see that it would keep good alignment and probably stop the issue of the knee coming apart with side motion, but it hurt my knee. There was a lot of pressure on the right side of my knee at the joint, I tried adjusting it according to instructions but again this didn’t fit my leg well. The knee size was correct, but the shape of my leg didn’t fit well with the shape of the brace. It has more of a molded shape, which is why it is leg specific to right or left. I’m sure this would be a great brace for someone taller, with long slender leg structure, like shown in the picture. One more point, it does have fluid motion in the brace joints which was cool, but it also feels like you can’t fully extend your leg as well as not being able to fully bend it either. I need something that feels less bulky, and has more range of motion.

Sleek design similar to Mcdavid. But due to price difference I decided to get this. Fitting is true to size comfortable. I measured 13″ so I took size M. No problem wearing over my pants.

The support to the knee was so good that my knee instantly felt great again, compared to the hinged knee brace i was using, which did not really give the support i needed for my knee. After using the SD Knee brace, i felt my knee was back to post op time and i could run again without fearing that my knee will give way suddenly and make have a fall.

The knee brace is solid and good quality. I’m using this for my badminton games since my knee started to hurt before this.It has a slight rigidness and it gives me more confidence during my play.May need to get used to your friends saying it looks like a bionic leg.
