It works!!!
Finally- I’m regular!I have suffered with IBS-C, for decades. I read these positive reviews and thought ” I’ll try something else” I went a week without seeing much, even took a laxative that week for relief (common). But then, as I took one every night at dinner, I had regularity every morning. For over a week now, no IBS pains, no constipation, I am thrilled to give this a 5 star, no incentive, just wanting to help other IBS-C victims. Remember: it took me a good week.

Great probiotic..but a little pricey
These pills were recommended by my gastroenterologist so I tried them and 2’weeks later I have seen a difference. My doctor diagnosed me with IBS D a few years ago and advised me to try the FODMAP diet. I had never heard of it but I googled it and felt better following it. So when he advised me to take these probiotics I bought them. They are great. A little pricey but worth it
