during cold and flu season, and I’ve noticed a significant difference. They seem to really help support my immune system. The pills are small and very easy to swallow, and I haven’t experienced any stomach upset (which can happen with some zinc supplements). Great quality and value—a must-have for winter wellness!

Feel so much better after taking this.
Finally got my numbers for my thyroid, correct with this supplement, combined with iodine. It has a really long half-life so you don’t have to take it very often. Look up the half-life before you start figuring out your dose.
