High CFU and Really Effective
I started taking these regularly because I’m prone to yeast infections, and I haven’t had a single one since. I took them all throughout my pregnancy with my OB-gyn’s okay, and they helped keep my stomach settled too. Really good quality, and the CFU count is great for the price

Helped My Elderly Mom, JUST GET THEM! You’ll be pleased how smooth things can go 😉
I got these for my elderly mom because she was having some girl issues and I was told to try a good probiotic to see if it would help her. SHe did have some gut issues too of irregularity of both timing and consistency and this has helped on both fronts. The capsules are kind of big, but no larger than her vitamins and supplements so overall they are pretty average size for a supplement. The quality is good, we’ve not had any popped open capsules that can sometimes occur with powdery supplements inside delicate capsules. These seem pretty well constructed and they do the trick. We’re on our third bottle, and they are so much better price wise than the refrigerated versions– and I think she is more apt to take these because if she has to go looking in the refrigerator for an additional item she needs to take, she’d probably forget it. They seem effective, she hasn’t had girly issues and though she does still have some irregularity with bowels her gut health seems overall improved. Will continue to buy.

Effective Probiotics with Great Ingredients!
I’ve been taking these probiotics for a few days and have noticed improved digestion and less bloating. I like that they don’t require refrigeration and have a strong blend of strains. The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach. Took off one star because the bottle could be smaller for easier storage.

Has very evidently improved my gut health
We have tried countless probiotic supplements, and this has become our go-to choice. Between the two of us, after several months of taking two capsules per day, all burping and belching, stomach discomfort, and lower GI rumbling have all disappeared. I have thrown away the antacids, which I used to toss down my throat like candy; and she, much to her PCP’s amazement, has quit taking omeprazole. We both feel so much better; the health benefits are obvious, and this has inspired us to eat the cleanest diet possible and take much better care of our very precious guts., i.e. don’t fill the gas tank with garbage. Compared to other options, the quality, strength, and the fact that a full 20 strains of probiotics constitute the ingredients, are all positives. Further plusses are that this formulation is resistant to stomach acid, and it doesn’t require refrigeration. Very highly recommended.

LIFE CHANGING – AMAZING PRODUCT
I’m a 49 year old male and had some issues that I didn’t think was a problem. For the last 15 years it’s been this way and that’s just my normal… here they are #1. My poop was very muddy and more liquidy and very consistent. Never any pain or discomfort, just messy poops. #2. My gas smells terrible. I could clear a room in 5 seconds! I’ll admit it was bad, but didn’t think much about it because it’s not suppose to smell pleasant. #3. My weight fluctuates a lot between 170-185. I just thought it was poor eating habits and not eating the right foods.A couple years ago a tried some Probiotics. Went to the store, found something and started taking them. 3 weeks later, no changes and thought, quack science.About 3 months ago, a co-worker mentioned probiotics and talked about it helping not just digestive issues, but also skin. I’m getting older and thought, I’d give this a try again. My co-worker said to get scientifically proven something.. and something about CFUs, was really paying close attention to the details, but knew to look for, those two key words.I found this products, ordered it on amazon, and it arrived the next day.I’m just gonna get right to the results. I’m not a blogger and my patience writing this is about done but feel it’s good to right honest reviews about something that worked very very very well for me.Results:#1. Within about 3 days I noticed my poops were getting more solid. About 2 weeks in I knew for a fact, that this products was doing something. For 15 years, never had consistent solid stool, never. Now at 2 weeks in, my stool was always very solid and very quick. I would sometimes be on the toilet for 5 minutes just to get things cleared out. Now, it’s like one action in 2 seconds and I’m done. This seems silly, but I’m a little proud of them now. It looks perfect, 2 feet long, solid, and all together.#2. My gas does not smell terrible anymore. I didn’t realize this until a few weeks ago, but my gas is very very different now. It doesn’t smell bad anymore. I could never pass gas in a crowded room because it would send everyone running it was so bad.#3. I lost weight and my weight is now very consistent. I didn’t think I’d lose any weight, but I did. The main thing is my weight is not fluctuating like it used to. I didn’t change my diet and lost 7 pounds, and it stabilized at 172. Before this product, my weight would be up and down up and down between 172- 182.That my honest review of this product and hope it helps someone with similar issues.

Capsules Not Full
I’ve bought this product 17x (so for several years).This is the first time I’ve seen the capsules not be completely full. Ignore my nail polish, the 3 between index and middle finger are from the last bottle I purchased. They always look like this.The 4 between thumb and index are from the new bottle. All of them were tapped to level out the powder, so the new pills are less full than the previous.Whether it’s been formula change, tariffs/short supply, or machine mishap, I’m paying same price for presumably less product, so that’s a bummer.The product itself is great. Used it to help restore gut flora after I had covid in 2020 and endured stomach pain for over a year before having a light bulb moment that I probably needed probiotics. Disappointed if they’ll continue to be manufactured this way.
