Does/performs as it should
I waited a bit to review to make sure the air held after being used a bit. It has. The stationary handles for planks are useful if you want controlled tipping, but aren’t necessary for just using as a regular plank. I wasn’t using this for anything where I would need bands, but I did attach to see how they would work. They seem stable enough at attachment and the handles are easy to grip.The pump that comes with is rather sad, but it did work. I don’t see being able to use it long-term (very cheap), but you don’t need it in order to fill. I will probably just dispose of it rather than store. The bousou itself does not seem cheap like the pump. It is actually pretty solid and the soft platform for planks is a bonus! Much more comfortable than just a hard surface.

My son broke his ankle and needs this for physical therapy. My daughter also uses it for dance. Closing the pump was a lil hard.

Terrible directions! Well-made – GREAT workout! Strength building!
Terrible directions! It took me a bit to figure out how and where to inflate, but in the end, all is good. The directions are useless though! The air pump tube crumples between fingers easily, so be gentle with it so you can get through inflating the ball. Overall, this balance ball seems to be of good quality and is well-made. It works well and is a good design that offers a variety of options for how to use it differently. The phone holder area is not large enough for my phone, so I’m not sure if that is useful or not. It isn’t always easy to find your balance, you really have to use your muscles to do simple things, but they really have designed it to make it as comfortable as possible, and it is a great workout!
