Sleep sound without drowsiness
Magnesium oil sprayed on my feet nightly has helped me sleep more soundly without waking up drowsy. It feels like water when sprayed on. I rub it in with my hands then wear socks. Great product! Works well.

Magnesium works
I have been wanting to use magnesium for a while now and this is what I went for. It came without a lid and leaked out a little bit, a little messy. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but I sprayed it on my shoulder and upper back and rubbed it in , it does stain clothing because of the oil. A little bit later I noticed I wasn’t tense as I was before. Before bed, I showered and rubbed it in on my calves back and bottom of feet and put socks on. I was asleep within 20 min and didn’t wake up once, felt like I barely blinked but I felt well rested ready to be up about 8 am. I would like to record my sleeping with my camera and Apple Watch to track better and will update sleep quality. Some helpful tips are that it can get really gritty and sticky feeling, it’s better to put on after a shower so it absorbs into the skin better, on the feet with socks feels most comfortable texture wise. You will need to wash it off for the stickiness to go away. I did get an itchy stinging feeling for a little bit but it went away. I read that it’s because your body is deficient in the magnesium which causes the reaction. I really liked this stuff right away minus the stickiness and it seemed to help with muscle tension

Great for PMS relief
I bought this for my daughters. They use it regularly and have said it has helped with the discomfort of PMS and cramping. It was fairly inexpensive for something that hellos provide some relief.

Very dissappointed in the packaging. My bottle showed to be intact, but as soon as I picked it up to open the top, I noticed it was already leaking out. I have not used this and there’s already a portion gone. Bummer. Atomizer seems to be faulty.

1ere nuit une horreur ! Je n’ai jamais aussi mal dormi de la vie et pourtant c’est une vrai galère en temps habituel..Pas bien du tout !2me nuit quel changement ! Je me suis endormi vite et lourd… réveillé 2 fois et re endormi de suite…. j’espère que cette nuit je vais dormir comme un bb sans réveil nocturne….. affaire à suivre 🤣
