Works great at lathering and cleansing the hair but simple ingredients so no irritation to the scalp. Love this stuff. Better than the expensive shampoos that just end up irritating my scalp due to the lengthy ingredient list. Pleasant scent.

Good shampoo rubbish pump
The shampoo is great and truly fragrance free. It doesn’t trigger my asthma, it’s creamy and does a great job cleaning my hair.HoweverThe pump on the bottle is rubbish. It doesn’t unlock or pump . my husband is a tool and dye maker, he took it apart and said it never would have worked, quality control is not happening at the factory.My solution is a wine cork to keep the bottle closed against spills.

The worst pump I’ve ever used.
We have purchased this shampoo several times because it is fragrance free and seems to work well. This being said, we have never had a pump that actually opened (after trying pretty much everything to make it work) so we constantly have to remove the top and pour it out of the bottle to get any shampoo out.Terrible quality control.
