Fine in a pinch, but not really worth it
These are okay, but not great. They’re difficult to put on with one hand since there are two flaps of fabric to be maneuvering and adjusting for tightness/support, and even when wearing the brace, the loop that goes around the thumb gets uncomfortable pretty quickly. I’ve found myself only able to wear them for maybe 5 minutes before it gets too uncomfortable and I have to take it off.My wrist does feel supported while I’m wearing it, but the inconvenience and uncomfortable nature isn’t worth it.

Lightweight Supportive Wrist Brace
This wrist brace has been helpful in limiting the pain I experience from carpal tunnel without restricting my wrist movement too much. The brace took me a few minutes to figure out how to put on properly but once I figured it out it has been a daily wear while at work. Me ha ayudado bastante para aliviar el dolor del túnel carpiano. La uso casi a diario. Llevo con ella 6 meses. La uso principalmente para trabajar y me ayuda a mantener la mano en la posición correcta, de manera que mi muñeca no se doble y lastime el tendón de la muñeca de mi mano.Sirve para ambas manos. El material es muy cómodo. Me gusta que tenga un punto extra con velcro además del extremo para fijar la muñequera, porque ayuda a tener mayor fijación. Creo que eso hace mucha diferencia en los resultados.
