YOU NEED TO GET SOME OF THESE…
I’m not sure how or why these pressure balls work, but they sure do. They’re easy to use, to hold on to, and are easily cleaned, and the colored stripe in the middle is actually a super thick rubber band that stays put and provides traction, so it never slips out of my grasp. They’re lightweight and so very pretty. I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them! My painful shoulder & neck spasms have finally met their match. I wish I’d found these long ago, and I heartily recommend them to anyone whose stubborn muscle spasms just won’t let go.

Good massage, helps for what it’s supposed to do.
These items are on my desk at all times as long as my kids don’t steal them. And yeah, they’re very cute to use. Be careful dropping them because I’ve dropped one or two and they kind of crack. So as long as you don’t drop it you’re good. But otherwise it’s a cute product and you know try to help you with your you know weak muscles

I really love theses things. I tend to Cary my stress in my upper back/shoulder/neck area and when I feel too tight in my neck it causes a headache that will occasionally become a migraine. However, if I take the neck pain early enough and message my neck with these it will help with getting rid of my headache and reducing the pain before I need to take any meds. On occasion if I get too close to the base of my skull when I’m massaging my neck it does capture some of my hair. Otherwise a fabulous product and I keep on in my office at work and home , bedroom, bathroom and my purse.

Small but mighty worth it
You wouldn’t think that these little roller balls would help to relieve the tension in the muscle but these work incredible So much so that my bulldog has joint and muscle pain a lot and he goes crazy for this and he hates pretty much everything he’ll actually beg for that if he sees it and starts to get excited when he knows he’s going to get the rollerball. I would definitely recommend these for the price they’re worth it even though they’re not battery operated it’s worth every bit of the muscle relaxation you get.

Great for travel.
These are great for pain relief. They’re more convene than a full tennis ball and they roll on your skin. I’m pretty rough and they’ve survived so far, so they’re decently durable. They can pinch but only if it’s an area with loose skin. They’re great for traveling so you don’t have to bring a massage gun or tennis ball

They do not have the weight behind them like a metal ball does. These are just meh. Spend the money to get one made of better heavier material.

I really like these little balls even though you have to manually move them around you can adjust the hardness ,the softness. they slide real easy but surprisingly enough of everybody in the household that likes it the most are my four dogs omg start rubbing them and they just keep coming back for more, funny
