Soft, comfortable, supportive, and thin enough that you don’t even know you’re wearing them.
I bought these soft wrist brace to help with the support during the recovery of two surgeries on my right wrist, One to repair the broken bone in the other one to repair a severed tendon. Of course I had to wear forecasts and three different hard braces. It is an Oneto repair the broken bone in the other one to repair a severed tendon. Of course I had to wear four casts and three different hard braces. It is an 18 month recovery. So right now I am at month 8th of my recovery. My doctor wanted me to start using a softer brace instead of the harder brace with the metal Due to the fact that when wearing a harder brace overtime, atrophies the muscle and prevents the muscle from strengthening and repairing after surgery. So he recommended a softer brace for the remainder of my recovery and during light duty.I have been in severe pain in my left wrist for over 40 years. Come to find out that the lunate bone, which is right in the middle of your wrist between your hand and your arm bones is dying, along with having three a ganglion cyst, and the beginnings of the ulnar tendon starting to shred.Needless to say, I am scheduled to have surgery in April. I have always worn harder braces for support for both of my wrists, so I was hesitant to buy softer wrist braces for fear that they would not give me the support and of course I would waste my money. But I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and support of the softer braces made by Bchois. They are soft, give me the support I need during light activity and sometimes when I’m doing more strenuous activity, the Velcro holds very nicely, it doesn’t shred your clothing, it’s also thin enough to wear under long sleeve shirts and jackets without stretching them out like the harder braces do.The instructions they give, you says to wrap the brace around your thumb and wrap it around the top of your hand, and then secure with Velcro, but I found that you can also wrap at the other way, attached to your thumb and wrapped it to the inside of your hand then secure with the Velcro. I find that sometimes when I wrap it the opposite way as recommended, around to the inside of my hand I feel like I get more support.I have very small, downy wrists, so the extra small that I bought fits perfectly. They are so soft and comfortable to wear that I often forget that I’m wearing them, but feel very secure when using my hands for light duty workThere really isn’t any cons about these braces, other than the fact that sometimes I still have to wear a harder brace on my left wrist, at least until I am recovering from my wrist surgery. I highly recommend these for anyone who needs A softer support for your wrists without having to wear the bulky metal braces.

Comfortable and supportive
I took a tumble and hurt both hands/one wrist. I ordered two of these to support my hands/wrists while recovering and to remind me to move carefully.I used these after a few days of using an ace bandage on the ‘worst’ hand/wrist. I also used compression gloves with and without these and the combination worked great. Once the injuries were better I would wear one or the other. They are very comfortable to wear, and depending on how my injuries were hurting I could wrap them differently and get instant relief. Sometimes I would hook the the thumb-hole on my index finger or middle finger to find a different wrap that would support/reduce discomfort. It’s easy to adjust how tight you want it (helpful while one hand/wrist was swollen) and where they support the wrist. I especially liked them when I was carrying not-so-light stuff.I do not like the bumps, they get uncomfortable when I wear them longer or start to sweat. Also, the velcro will leave snags if you don’t get it on the other velcro patch so I’m not keen on that, but I don’t think there is a fix.I’m currently mostly recovered and not wearing them, but one wrist still doesn’t have full mobility back so I keep them handy just in case.

Supportive brace makes your wrist a little stiffer
So I have a little bit of carpal tunnel, breaking in baseball gloves, and this brace has stabilized my wrist better. It’s not uncomfortable because it’s super lightweight and thin. It’s essentially just a strap. Sure, you could use some sort of athletic tape but this is reusable and you can wash it in the sink when it gets all sweaty and gross. Plus it’s not that expensive and is supportive.

A crutch for mommy’s wrist but def not perfect
Got this for Mommy’s Wrist which I suffered 4 months postpartum. Have been using for 3 months. Pros are it’s easy to put on – n only one bit of Velcro silliness to mess with (sometimes you need to put a baby to nap but want to take it off without waking baby!). However, the material stretches out over time and pulling it tighter affects the thumb hole which is bad – circulation gets cut off. I have another brace which is more formal and structured, but come back to this one because of its ease of use. It gets smelly from sweat but I’m afraid to wash it in case it warps further. On that note, the material doesn’t breathe and so I got minor breakouts. But have to brace my wrist somehow…

Best brace for daily use
I’ve been dealing with wrist pain from long hours at the computer, and this brace has been a lifesaver. It’s lightweight, breathable, and doesn’t feel bulky like other braces I’ve tried. I love that it fits either wrist and is easy to slip on and adjust. It provides just the right amount of compression and support without restricting too much movement, which makes it perfect for daily wear or typing. After a few days of use, I noticed a real difference in how my wrist felt by the end of the day. Definitely a solid option for anyone with carpal tunnel or repetitive strain issues.

decent but I wish they lasted a bit longer…
I really like these while they stayed sturdy. The texture is gentle, doesn’t feel uncomfortable at all, which is nice. I usually wore mine along with compression gloves but when I wore the without the gloves they didn’t feel uncomfortable at all.The velcro seemed to get unusable quickly with regular use and needing to be adjusted but I was able to extend the length of use a little bit longer. I would have replaced it but due to the warping of the material it wouldn’t make any sense to do that. They lasted me a good 7-8 months of almost daily use.If they lasted a little longer I would have given it more stars but due to them being warped making it look like lasagna noodles and having to fight with the velcro every time trying to get it to stick when readjusting it made me have to tighten it more and that would stretch it out more causing a continual destruction.
