A great compliment to a bosu – and great for planking
I do some daily planking. I was looking for something to add a little softness to my forearms/elbows, but also perhaps help increase my core stability. I saw these and they are PERFECT. there are a crazy number of ways to use them. I have not tried them. But a great inexpensive addition to some home fitnessPros:- they come inflated- great companion for a bosu- I use for planking. Easier on the forearms, but causes you to work your stabilityCons:- they have a couple of colors, more would be better

Pre-Op & Rehab on the Mini Bosus
I love love love these mini bosus. I am recovering from a L hip injury with a possible hip replacement in the future and a R ankle fusion. The mini bosus have become my go to props. You can work barefoot or with fitness shoes. Developing better balance, lowering risk of falls, and building overall functional strength is so dependent on using unstable surfaces. You can stand on them at three different foot placements which will help build hip and postural strength and organization. The minis can be placed side by side and staggered for increase gait and balance challenge. You can do double leg stance, single leg stance, squats, lunges, add torso rotation and head turns to increase balance skills. You can increase shoulder stability and add balance challenge with hands on these minis. If wrists don’t tolerate a lot of load on the minis put your forearms ontop of each bosu. If you have two pairs put each pair in a row and rest your forearms on them. You can even put them up against a wall for less load on the upper body. You can find a flat seated chair and sit on them and do marches, torso rotation while keeping sitz bones equally weighted on the minis. The list goes on! Excellent for the osteoporotic population, too.

Different balance challenge from regular Bosu, *Easy Storage*
I originally got these because they’d be easier to store than a regular Bosu. They offer a somewhat different balance challenge, though. Great for squats or even added challenge for some yoga positions like tree pose. My first pair had a leak and Bosu customer service replied promptly with suggestions. When that didn’t work, they told me to go ahead and exchange through Amazon to get a new pair a bit more rapidly. The replacement was the wrong color (ordered blue but received pink) but I really enjoy using them, and the color, though bright, is irrelevant to that.
