Solid product!
Really solid half-ball. It was easy to inflate and it feels sturdy and well made. I haven’t used the straps yet but they seem fine and well made too. The gray ball that it comes with is a great size. My only issue is it seems to deflate a little over time. I’ve had to add more air a few times. Overall really happy with this purchase!

Decent but lousy pump
The pump is about as cheap as you can get. After figuring out how to use the pump, I couldn’t find the plugs. They were put into the bag with the handles. It takes a while to inflate due to poor pump but eventually prevailed as well as the other ball included. Surface is slick. Shoes recommended not just socks. You get what you pay for. This is fine for my current needs so I’ll keep it. But should have sprung for the real BOSU.

What a great product . I love this balance ball . I am a personal trainer and I use the ball every day . It is sturdy and heavy very stable and well made. I didn’t even see that it came with workout straps and a big ball. It holds air well and remember follow the instructions and don’t over inflate it !Great product thanks

Perfect and easy!
I needed one of these to keep up my physical therapy while at home. I was worried that it would not be the same quality that I experienced at the VA Hospital. I was wrong. This is absolutely the same quality and a great buy compared to other options.

Good ball, not amazing customer service
The day I got this I inflated it and tested it out. I was happy and couldn’t wait to use it for my PT exercises at home. It sat in the floor in my bedroom untouched for 4 days before I picked it up to use it again. When I went to do my plank mountain climbers using the ball I stabbed myself on a piece of the plastic. I immediately took a picture and sent it to the company. They asked me if I could take it somewhere local to have it fixed and they’d send me $15 for it. When I declined and stated I’d be returning it to Amazon for a refund they did offer to send me a new one or the refund. I only just saw the message and had already ordered a new ball from someone else. I think what bothered me most is their initial reaction to me stating it was broken and sending them pictures was for me to deal with it myself instead of helping me.Other than the customer service the ball was great. I was super disappointed it broke and I had to send it back.

Great for home workouts. I don’t have a bench press and this helps with many workouts as well as stabilizes my neck and back in certain workouts. Couldn’t love it more and wished I purchased a long time ago! The bands that attach to the sides are a big bonus! Highly recommend!

A good product once pumped up right to optimum height. You can use both surfaces at the top so many different choices for exercises. I’ve never tried doing squats with weight as can be done on this but great for my current exercise needs. Quality product so far. The only issue is the very cheap pump it comes with.
