    Great for Standing Desks
This is a great device to work on balance and core strength while working at the computer. It helps loosen my lower back and I can balance a whole lot better after a couple of weeks of regular use.

    Wobble Board
I was introduced to using a wobble board when doing PT for a knee issue. This board is well made and sturdy. It has a non-slip surface (top and bottom) and convenient handles for either carrying or performing certain exercises. If you’re new to this, you might want to just stand on it and work on your balance, then graduate to squats. An informational sheet accompanies the board which shows several common exercises. It’s a great tool for increasing balance and stability. Becoming stable on it while doing advanced exercises is as much mental as it is physical.I’m 6’0, 170lbs and the width is just right for me.Overall, I highly recommend this wobble board. It’s better than the commercial one they used in the PT place and looks like it’ll last.

    Something is better than nothing
Was looking for something reasonably priced to use at a standing desk to get a little extra balance and not just stand. No issues with it slipping out from under me or causing me to fall and take a spill as reported in other reviews. Use on laminate wood flooring with no mat and no issues. The size works for me but I can see it being too small for anyone heavier and with larger feet. I’m 5’4 128 with size 9 shoes and it still takes some maneuvering to get comfortable foot placement. I can see the grippers on the bottom flattening out eventually but think it’ll still be usable.

    Improved balance
After a month or two of casual use, I feel like my balance has improved.

    Balance & core strength
Not sure about this. I saw ones at the gym & thought this would be good to do at home while watching tv. This one is very hard on the bottom & doesn’t “give” at all making it more difficult, I believe, but maybe that’s a good thing. It really works your ankles. I’ve only used it a few times, but when something is too difficult, I tend not to do it, but I’m not giving up on it yet.

Worth the money and much safer than similar brands.
Excellent and we’ll made with non skid on both contact surfaces.

    Stroke Survivor tool
I purchased this because the Physical therapist used it when working on my balance in the clinic. I thought I would be able to use it at home by myself. IT DID NOT WORK. I FELL. However, after my fall I refused to give up on this sturdy piece of equipment and instead use it for arm and hand exercises. By holding on to the open parts, I was able to mimic driving a car. This actually helped me get back to driving. I also use it for overhead raises and swing it using one hand to gain my arm swing back. Stoke survivors please be cautious when purchasing this item for balance. I hope to use this item as I become steadier. It is sturdy and it is a good buy for your home gym. Recovery is forever.

Pleased with the wobble board. Ideal product to support core activation and stability. Easy to carry around too. Size is most suitable and is anti slip barefoot.

If you use a standing desk, I can definitely recommend getting one of these balancing boards. It helps keep the legs engaged and weight shuffling around. Added benefit you can do some exercises on it. 4/5 stars because the bottom balancing pins are already wearing out after 10 days of use. Wonder how long it will last.

Strengthen my muscles in a fun way

  12. Monica Arellano

Parece algo que no funcionara pero a la hora de usarlo, si le da un plus al ejercicio, se siente el trabajo.

  13. Rae Sharp

I absolutely love this! I use it daily for work and on my breaks I can do push ups on it! You can also use it for a ton more exercises like pistol squats as well.! 10/10 would recommend to a friend 🙂
