I take it before my volleyball game or work out. Mixing with water is easy. Taste pretty good. Might be little too sweet for me. Highly recommended

Flavor is unmatched
This is by far the best BCAA I have ever used. Not only is the flavor amazing but the quality quantity and variety of BCAAs is incomparable. This is my go to Amino Acid supplement. I can definitely see the difference in recovery time when using this product.

I Love It
This product is great for my needs and works quickly in a pinch. It is sweet like a jolly rancher but I like that because it helps curb my sugar cravings, that may not be for everyone though. If you have a hard time staying hydrated, keeping up with water, or even suffer from chronic, minor to severe headaches, this product helps. Sometimes after a stressful day at work I have a tension headache and feel dehydrated and for some reason can’t stomach water I will make myself an ice pint of this and it helps almost immediately. An additional and odd after effect is has, is that it actually helps you desire water as well, not sure if that happens to anyone but myself. So after I drink one, I can stomach a glass of water after. Some reviewers said the powder floats to the top and this is true, but doesn’t bother me at all considering all the benefits I get. My trick is to use half a scoop (for 12-16oz), you get the same flavor and benefits, less flavor intensity and bubbles and stretches the uses out much longer. But they do no harm whatsoever, never choked or anything, can’t taste the powder while drinking. If you are worried about the aesthetics of the bubbles, well… guess that’s a personal problem. I only wish that it was more affordable and that they did not add food dye. Additives like Red Lake #40 really should drive the price down. I don’t think I can buy this product often because the price is so high for me unfortunately.

Use this when I work out in the gym. I always feel like I need a little something extra and a trainer told me about this and how BCAA work. Been using them for a while and I really like how I feel.
