product works great. the price is affordable, and you get two. breaks down good with warm liquids I suggest. taste is tolerable. I do notice an energy level change when I use on a regular basis. No additives added. too bad this order was stolen, but I speak from my previous experience with using this product for three years.

I’ve been adding this creatine to my shakes for a while now, and it’s solid. You get a ton of creatine for the price, and the included scoop means no guessing on dosage, which I really appreciate.Effectiveness? It works just as well as other creatines I’ve used in the past. I don’t mega-dose — just a single scoop post-workout — and that’s more than enough for my needs.Now, let’s talk taste. This stuff is unflavored — and I mean that in the most brutally honest way. It tastes like… yak sweat? Let’s just say you don’t want to take this solo. Mixed into a protein shake or juice? Totally fine. But by itself? You’ll find yourself questioning some life choices.It mixes fairly well, but I do occasionally get small sesame-seed-sized “nuggets” that I end up chewing — not ideal, but not a dealbreaker. Flavorless, blends well into any beverage
I’m a post menopausal 60 year old woman who, after years of assuming my menopausal symptoms were “minor,” finally realized that was no longer true and I needed to take more serious steps. After deep diving into research, I got on HRT (a patch which is apparently the safest way to go, new research has debunked a lot of myths on that front, but I digress) and also started looking for supplements that could support optimizing my wellness. Creatine was one of those supplements. Apparently it’s good to support cognition as well as the all important task of preserving and rebuilding muscle and bone density. Apparently “monohydrate” is the best type of creatine. So when I found this product – a large size, low price, and lots of very high ratings – I gave it a try. I’m on my third tub. One of the things I like about it is, it’s utterly flavorless. No after taste no nothing. It has a slightly gritty texture that dissolves easily in any drink, hot or cold. Which makes it really easy to take. One of these days I’ll get a bone scan to see how my density is doing, but meanwhile I’ve formed a new wellness habit that is helping to keep me on track in my menopause years.
