ULTRA RELIEF. TIGER BALM Pain Relieving Ultra Strength is formulated to provide temporary relief from minor aches in the muscles and joints.
SOOTHES SORENESS. For over 100 years, TIGER BALM Pain Relieving ointments have been used to soothe discomfort associated with overexertion, backaches, arthritis, strains, and sprains.
INGREDIENTS. This non-staining, concentrated sports rub is made with camphor (11%), menthol (11%), cajuput oil, cassia oil, clove oil, dementholized mint oil, and paraffin petrolatum.
FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to open wounds or damaged skin. Do not bandage or use a heating pad with this ointment.
HOW TO USE. TIGER BALM Pain Relieving Ultra Strength should be rubbed onto the affected area 3–4 times per day.

Ahh the magic of tiger balm!
Tiger balm is my go to pain reliever. It’s help me after car accidents and it helps when you sleep wrong and wake up sore. It’s easy to apply but it can be sticky so if that bothers you, get yourself the tiger balm patches instead. I even use tiger balm to keep pests away. Just a cotton ball and some tiger balm keeps all kinds of pests away: silverfish, ants etc. overall great value for the money spent!

I haven’t used this stuff in decades but the pain/soreness in my calves was unrelenting & I was getting desperate.Omg it works! I rubbed my leg down, washed my hands, and within minutes I could feel it working. Not some over-the-top heat but more of a comforting warmth that lasted for over an hour. The pain has been substantially reduced after just one time and I am gratefully impressed.It is a bit greasy but in my case it was absorbed within about a half hour (I still wore pajama bottoms so as not to get any on the furniture). A small inconvenience to pay for such positive results & a little bit of it really goes a long way.If you’re hurting, please give this a shot. It’s been around for like a gazillion years so there has to be a good reason.

It’s amazing how well this works. It feels really good and a little bit goes a long way! Definitely recommend it. I’ve been using it on my elbow for tennis elbow and on my feet for foot cramps. Did much better on my feet though.

For an organic option for pain relief, this is the best ointment I have found. You only need a tiny amount, easy to scoop out about a fingertip to rub in on the affected area. I’ve experienced a lot of pain in my elbow from playing tennis so much. Acupuncture helped a little bit and the cold plunge plus advil helps a little. My friend introduced this product to me after using it on her knee, and no longer needed to use a knee brace when playing tennis. The pain relief lasts longer than the 4-6 hours of Advil.

Great relief
I love this rub. It did produce a relaxed muscle and helped me sleep all night long. It is a bit greasy in nature and the menthol smell is a bit strong. However, that didn’t bother me one bit with the relief it gave. I highly recommend.
