Don’t Buy The Cheaper Ones…
My physical therapist has these mats and it’s a perfect balance of comfort and not too dense (hard) and not too soft. A friend bought the cheapy brand and then used mine and said wow, there really is a difference how comfortable this is. The cheapy he had were so stiff and he said, “This made by There Ball in Holland one is so much more comfortable.”

not as heavy of a mat as I was hoping for. would be good for carrying with you. i wanted it for a permanent gym in my home but it’s sort of flimsy for that, and I’m a little surprised for the high cost of the item.

Feels different
This mat feels like a foam core shrink-wrapped with a mesh fabric. I don’t believe that’s how it’s actually constructed, that’s just how it feels. The one I owned previously was foam dipped in a thick rubber-like paint and was definitely heavier. The new mat is lighter and doesn’t want to lay flat after being stored rolled up. Even so, Thera-Band still makes excellent mats for reducing impact strain on the joints when doing high intensity work outs on hard surfaces

Die Matte entspricht nicht der gelieferten Ware. Auch stinkt die Matte ganz fürchterlich, für einen Einsatz beim Sport ungeeignet. Finger weg!
