The pulley mechanism works very easily and it was smooth to use. However, the cords are very long and have to be shortened for someone who’s sitting in a chair. There were no instructions or recommendations or suggestions on how to go about doing that. Also, the way the pulley hung from the metal door bracket was not quite straight. It needed another metal ring for the strap to hang from so that the pulley would lay flat against the door. I had to run out to Home Depot to get an additional key ring. I will keep the product because it works well now with the additional ring and the pulley moves well.

The Shoulder Pulley has made home continuous therapy an absolute must have if you experience pain or discomfort. This therapy equipment was recommended by my Physical Therapist and I’m so grateful he made the recommendation.

Helping with frozen shoulder
These are great physical therapy of frozen shoulder. They’re a little long so I had to use them outside on an overhang over our porch. Using them on a closet door about 7 feet tall did not work for me.

It’s really easy to set up and get going. I appreciated the exercise pictures and instructions. My physio suggested a pulley to use at home and I’m really pleased that I invested in this apparatus- and at a very reasonable price.

Great product. Can be used for strengthening or relaxing. Many positions and motions are possible with it. I have only had it for a month or so- so I can’t say how long it will last before wearing out.I most definitely recommend this item.
