Durable and great for working your way up
Bands are durable and work great. This kit is a nice smooth way to slowly work your way up on resistance training. I love the colors and easy to clean. I’ve enjoyed using these in my weight loss journey (have lost 35 lbs so far). I’ve used them over a month now and they are still holding up.

Quality bands for the price
These bands do exactly what they need to do. The set feels strong and well made, and I am not worried about them snapping or breaking during use. The only exception might be the super light band, which feels thinner and a bit too elastic. I would not stretch that one too far, but it should still hold up for lighter exercises.The colors are not something I would normally choose, but for actual use that does not matter. They function well and perform as expected, which is what counts.The price is very good compared to more expensive name-brand resistance bands. There was no strange odor from the packaging, which I have experienced with other bands in the past.Overall, the quality is solid and they work as intended. Great value and I recommend them.
