These are great for my workouts at home if I don’t go to the gym. I can even take them with me if I need to. Very good quality There were several different sizes and strengths. Great price and great product!

My husband and I use these constantly. They give a decent workout in our home gym. The resistance is really good. I’ve had some that were so thin and broke, but these are thick.

I’ve used these for a while now and they seem OK. They will wear out though, epically if left out. I’m guessing light or air shortens their life.
