Excellent product. I’ve tried a couple other brands and while I felt like they worked, nothing has worked as well as Pure. I take one capsule before bed and truly feel like my sleep is better; like the weight of the day just kinda falls off and the mental checklist of everyday life tucks itself away until tomorrow.As someone with a uterus, this supplement is a necessity for cycle support.
