BEST brand out there. Necessary supplement.
Excellent product. I’ve tried a couple other brands and while I felt like they worked, nothing has worked as well as Pure. I take one capsule before bed and truly feel like my sleep is better; like the weight of the day just kinda falls off and the mental checklist of everyday life tucks itself away until tomorrow.As someone with a uterus, this supplement is a necessity for cycle support. Not a cure-all, but it takes the edge off of PMDD symptoms, which is a godsend. Iykyk.10/10 would recommend this brand specifically.

These work great! I take two about an hour before bed, then fall asleep quickly and typically sleep 9 hours without waking up during the night! They are gentle on my stomach, and I have not had any issues taking two. I highly recommend these!

Just to let you know My daughter got me my husband and my Son taking these and my husband is diabetic-2 and he takes them at night with his other meds and we took one of his pills and moved to his morning medication so we could Put this scapsule with his night medication to see how it worked out and he’s been doing great Almost a year It helps me sleep better and I feel good when I wake up and I order them from Amazon when my bottle is halfway gone and price is good My capsule on pink lid in photo

I am very satisfied with the product and I do feel the effect right away, same day.I do feel more calm and chill, usually take it before going to work and honestly it does help to the point I stopped taking it in order to avoid being too relaxed and sleepy lol
