Quite a job to install. Had to switch out the wall mounting screws that the ladder came with for lag screws.

Great product, cheap mounting hardware
Great product with lots of different strength training and stretching opportunities available. Had someone as heavy as 250lbs using it with no signs of issues. My only complaint would be the mounting bolts were pretty weak and the first one sheared off even with a pilot hole. If mounting into block they would probably be ok, otherwise I recommend just getting 6, 1/4″ lag bolts and call it a day.
