Yoga massage ball set: Set of excellent therapy balls for self myofascial release and trigger point massage therapy. The balls are made specifically for massage therapy and are ideal for physical therapy equipment. They are similar in size to lacrosse balls and can can be used for pinched nerve lower back pain, herniated disc pain relief, and pinched nerve neck pain.
Get rid of muscle pain: No more pain and muscle soreness. Great for acupressure point relief, these provide excellent deep tissue massage to relieve pain and provide muscle knot relief to sore and fatigued muscles. Use the balls with your physical therapy equipment or as devices to relieve neck pain. Relieve sciatic nerve pain and fibromyalgia pain and reduce stress.
Not common lacrosse balls: These are special yoga massage therapy balls that are not as hard as actual lacrosse balls. They have been manufactured with a precise combination of materials to give them the perfect hardness that is required of a therapy ball. They are not children’s toys or bouncy balls but are intended for physical therapy.
Non-toxic high-grade rubber: Our small, physical therapy balls are made with high-grade, non-toxic rubber that does not smell or deteriorate easily. They’re made to last! Use this therapy ball to relieve muscles in your back, shoulders, feet, hands, knees, legs, and other areas of the body.
Easy to carry: The set includes 2 therapeutic balls the size of tennis balls. They come in their own mesh bag, which makes it very easy to carry them around wherever you go! Take them on vacation, to the gym, to the office, and more. This therapy equipment is intended for adults, not kids.

Love these
I love these. They are such great little massage balls. I use them for my back and sore muscles. They’re really lightweight yet hard. They relieve a lot of my back pain. Great value for the price.

Better products for feet ailments.
I use these balls treating for my flat feet and also for bunions on my left feet. This couple balls made of rubber and it is firm using for people have planta fascititis or flat feet. I had the tennis balls and one of them had flattened when I stand on it. This ball will stay strong with your weight.I highly recommended for these balls especially made by rubber.

Great idea for those with muscle pain
This is great for rolling out on. I fist used a set of these in a yoga class. The only thing about these is the tote is not as soft as some others I’ve used. I use it directly on my skin so it can be a little irritating. The balls are slightly on the smaller side but it works ok for me since they fit in between my shoulder blades.

Works well on inflammation & stiffness in muscles for those hard to reach spots
This set of trigger point balls works quite well. Purchased as recommendation from my chiropractor doc for tight or sore shoulder blade or back muscles I cannot normally get to on my own. Gets into hard to reach spots for working out stiffness or soreness as a result of inflammation or bursitis in shoulders, neck, back and even leg or hip muscles. Plus as nice bonus, they come w/ their own soft carrying case which is perfect for traveling! BTW Not a negative, but just wish they were a tad harder or perhaps one was harder than the other so you could get different levels of deeper trigger point massage, but they still work fine.

Amazing!
I’ve been using the Acupoint Physical Massage Therapy Ball Set regularly, and it’s been a game-changer for my weightlifting and martial arts training. I often struggle with tight knots, especially around the back of my shoulder blade, and these massage balls have helped relieve that tension like nothing else. After heavy lifting or intense martial arts sessions, a quick session with these balls really helps target those deep knots and release the tightness. The different firmness levels between the two balls let me choose the pressure I need, whether it’s for deep tissue relief or a more gentle massage. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with muscle tightness or soreness!

Nice packaging and texture but too soft
This may appeal to those that want a more gentle trigger point experience. The texture is soft and grippy and it gently rolls out knots. However it was not firm enough for me to get into tight spots deeply enough. After using for a few minutes the material softens. I recommend for gentle therapy but not for deep.

Goldilocks hardness, perfect texture. Great value.
I needed something to replace a green/white/black striped foam therapy ball whose layers kept falling apart even after I’d glued them back together several times. This ball is the perfect softness/hardness. Softer than a lacrosse ball, firmer than a Franklin ProBrite sponge rubber baseball I’d tried using. It seems to be made of a single piece of injection molded foam/rubber. I don’t see this falling apart anytime soon. Texture is perfect too. Unlike a smooth lacrosse ball, it doesn’t slip away when massaging my spine against the wall. And for the value, I think I might get more to keep in various rooms and in my briefcase.

Would have been helpful to know that it is hard and not soft

So these arrived 20 minutes ago. I’ve been wiggling about on the floor with one of these each side of my spine, rolling them up and down to get the knots out my back. Oh my goodness, it has helped the tension so much and I’m in quite a zoned out and relaxed state now.Husbands currently on the floor having a go now and the dog thinks he is hiding her ball under him 😆But, amazing product, think we will be using regularly for muscle pain relief!
