This product is the most comfortable I have had yet. The arm straps are comfortable. Only thing is I have a bit of a tumblers hump so the back rod is visible through a suit coat. But it all helps and is making a marked difference. My partner of 8 years said “I did not realize how tall you are,” while I wore the back brace for the first time.

Sore muscles today- but standing straighter
Works as promised. I started out wearing it for 10-15 minutes and got sore muscles… but I stand taller and straighter. As I increased the time I find my posture has improved a lot.

This product works fairly well. It’s not incredibly stiff down the back so if you need something with robust support, this one may not be for you. In my case, I just needed something to remind me to stand upright while on my feet all day. It gives me enough resistance to throughout the day to do just that.I’m just over 6ft. tall, weight about 180. I first bout the large size but it was a little too small a fit. I bought the extra large and returned the first one with no problems. Refund was quick. It’s a good product at a fair price. I wear it daily and it seems to be helping.

Seems to work, a bit annoying
I don’t know how to feel about this. So using it after a while it feels like it is definitely pulling my shoulders back and correcting posture. Adjustment wise, there is a lot for various sizes of people, but i find that you want it tight for the best results. After eating it can be tight too. It does get a bit sweaty, depending on what you have on. It seems to work but also tends to feel a bit useless sometimes. I took a break but upon writing this, I’ll start it back up. it does need regular use.

Been needing this all my life!!
I’ve had bad posture since grade school & it effected my confidence as I was also mocked for it. The first time I wore it for 3 hours was a bit uncomfortable bit that’s because “no pain, no gain” & now I find myself walking straight!! It is kind of difficult to keep the part that goes over the shoulder and under the armpits neatly passing over. It folds and curls into a rope ending up being a bother. One has to try keeping it straight by trying to unwrap it. Otherwise, it keeps my back on the straight and makes me feel a.lot better than when I don’t have it on. It gave me so.much relief, you would not believe it, only within two days of wearing it.

At $8, the saying you get what you pay for never has been more true. If it works it works, if not I guess next time I get a better one. Product is quite flimsy and looks cheesy, comes with no instructions how to use it, I guess you have to use your imagination. The waist part is easier to figure out, the shoulder part not so.
