Amazing Results!
I love this serum! It absorbs quickly, feels light on the skin, and leaves my face smooth and glowing. After a few uses, I noticed a real improvement in texture and fine lines. Definitely worth the price — highly recommend!

Third Bottle!
This 20% niacinamide serum has been excellent for my skin. The texture is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave a sticky residue. After a few weeks of consistent use, I noticed less oiliness, smaller-looking pores, and an overall smoother complexion. It also helped fade my hyperpigmentation and even out my skin tone. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts quite a while.

This has worked ~amazing~ at reducing my oiliness/shine better than anything I’ve ever tried (and I’ve wasted so much money trying so many shine control products). I normally get shiny within minutes of putting my makeup on (which includes shine control powder & primer). I still use all my shine control products but since adding this I don’t have to blot a single time throughout the day. I deducted one star due to price and it does leave a tacky feel I don’t like for applying makeup over. So I’m still figuring out how to work with that but I would still rebuy because it’s a miracle how much it helps my oiliness. I did use ordinary’s zinc + niacinamide before this and I think that one is a little better at making pimples go away faster than this one (must be the zinc).

Great product for low cost
Easy application, leaves my skin feeling hydrated. Lasts at least 30 days when you use half a tube full per nightly application.

I’m camera shy, but maybe this is keeping me from looking every one of my 70 years?
Who knows how much all these things help, really? But I “did my own research” on good products for aging skin, and Paula’s Choice gets high marks, especially given that it’s not a luxury brand. This one doesn’t sting. It is a lightweight liquid with a dropper, which I find easy to apply directly to my skin. What does it do? I’m not sure. But it’s part of my skin-care ritual that includes a gentle soap, a witch-hazel toner, Paula’s choice exfoliant BHA liquid, hyaluronic acid (a different brand), a prescription tretinoin + clindamyacin gel to control sometimes overactive oil/sebaceous glands, and a moisturizer (sunscreen during the day), and at my last haircut appointment, the woman who has been cutting my hair for almost 40 years said, “Your skin looks really pretty.” So who knows?

Did not work personally for me
This has irritated my skin somewhat but I’ve gotten used to it. I have used niacinamide before so I figured the extra strength would help with results. Haven’t noticed any noticeable results at all. And it’s so expensive. I’m a little disappointed. I love their aha, bha, vitamin c and face washes though. I guess you just can’t rely on a brand for everything though 😭 maybe it just didn’t work for me personally.It doesn’t give me any reactions though anymore I will say that
